We liked the floor to ceiling windows, the view from the room located at the 12th floor of the Playa Azul tower 3, the proximity of the beach and the location. We appreciated the tennis and pickleball equipment, I liked the full size hairdryer and the comfortable bed. The host was friendly and responded promptly. We loved the cats hanging out by the entry. They seemed happy and well treated.

We did not like the quality of the towels - black, thin material which left lint on the body. Also there were no medium and small size towels in the bathroom but just these two black bath towels. We did not like that there was no soap or shower gel in the shower. The hand soap on the bathroom sink was mixed with water. So was the kitchen detergent. The hallway of the apartment floor had a few broken windows and the wind made quite a bit of noise. We had to put the beach towels at the bottom of the entry door to stop the whooshing sound. The balcony sliding door was very difficult to move, quite impossible for a woman. All these are easy to be addressed if the host is willing to. With a few fixes and attractive decorations, this studio can be a great rental.
