Quiet and comfortable. Every facility you could want in a studio flat and a 20 minute walk away from the centre. Key pickup was very quick and the checkout process was likewise. Shop is right downstairs so getting groceries is easy.

Nothing too major, the fridge was set too low and actually froze the milk that I bought. Other than that, no complaints.

Location

I wish the owner could put in more thoughts for the unit. Quite a shame. The bedroom have no curtain with two window - one by the roof and front, it is certainly very difficult to sleep in summer,as the sky only goes dark at 10-11pm and bright early morning at 4-5am. I wish the cleanliness can be improved in general and basic hair dryer is made available. Good location for those who need to get work done at the perth royal infirmary and easily accessible to town.
