The Navona Comfort House was exactly what my family was looking for in Rome. The location was directly in the center of historic Rome, the unit was very clean and the owner was responsive to messages and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We were allowed to drop off our bags prior to check-in which was so helpful. Chiara, the owner, supplied a nice list of recommended restaurants that helped us avoid the tourist traps. The unit was very very clean and had ice cold air conditioning! My family highly recommends this unit for your stay in Rome.

We have zero complaints

The property was perfectly located in the beautiful piazza Navona. It was so good coming out front door and being in the heart of everything. Owner was so helpful and even let us leave our bags until 2pm after check out so we did not have to to carry them around all day.

The air con was not working but the owner called us to try and talk us through how to try and reset it so it would work.

Perfect location, very helpful host (let us early check-in and late check-out), comfortable appartment.

Super Lage, ausgesprochen nette Gastgeberin
