Lots of thought had gone into the furnishing and decoration of the property
Less thought had been given to the practical side of the property. For example, sleeping in the loft was comfy but there were no light switches to turn off the lights in the lounge or operate the blinds so a torch was needed when going to the loo in the night or just going to bed. There were several examples of this. No storage space for non-refrigerated goods in the kitchen. Lots of storage taken up by cleaning products let no room for anything else. No where except the floor to put shampoo etc in the shower. No way to adjust the heating ourselves.

Very quirky place, walking distance from the centre, good communication from owners.
Can be quite noisy for light sleepers with the traffic but no fault of the property

Lovely unusual mews flat, such a nice contrast to all the bland self catering rentals on offer.
Not a budget piece of IKEA furniture in sight. Great location and very convenient for shopping and close to a lovely park. We really enjoyed our stay & it was exactly what we were hoping for. The owners were very attentive without being intrusive. Although parking wasn't directly beside the property if easier only a very short walk away on a lovely leafy square.

The property had everything we needed, complimentary tea, coffee, shampoo and shower gel, which was good.
There was parking included and just round the corner, which was handy.
Quirky deco which gave the apartment personality!
We were woke at 2:30am by the tv switching on and this disturbed everyone. Took a while for everyone to get back to sleep. I told the owner and they apologised.

"We had a wonderful stay here. A wonderful, quirky loft with loads of character. Beds were comfortable, the place was clean and an easy walk into the town. Would definitely stay again."
