It was really good value for money and close to the train station.
Some of the staff were friendly and some weren't very helpful at all.

Code and instructions on how to get in were clearly written out. The place was spacious and couches were comfortable. Location was walking distance from the train station which was essential to our quick stay. It was a no hassle checkin/out so that was deeply appreciated. Looked to be in a safe neighborhood.
We went during the summer heat and grateful for the portable ACs in each room, but the downside was that it kept the windows open. One of the rooms, the window kept swinging wide open so mosquitoes and evening noise were prominent.

It was centrally located, walkable distance to Milan Central Train station. It was clean and spacious.
Mosquitos, one of the fan was not working, but one of the main big room offering two queen beds had no door
