The location of the property is excellent and highly convenient. It is incredibly easy to find, even if you are visiting the area for the first time. Moreover, it serves as a perfect base for traveling around, with great transport links and major attractions within easy reach.
The communication through Booking messages could be improved, as responses are quite slow and they prefer phone calls. That being said, even though we had a problem on our final night, the staff handled it well in the days that followed and communication became much better. Without this little issue, we would have easily given a perfect rating.
