A beautiful clean, spacious apartment, in a great location. Close to beaches, restaurants, Cape Point, etc Everything you need was catered for and more. We would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Excellent features and security, really friendly handover and check out. Good outdoor space.

High price, no nearby shops or restaurants.

Great location

The swimming pool was not clean the entire time we were there, the apartments were all being painted on the outside including the balcony, this meant we were unable to go outside, also the workmen could see into the bathroom as the windows aren’t frosted - they saw my partner in the shower! The excuse is that the body corporate are responsible for cleaning the pool and the decorating, if they want to rent out their property then they need to ensure the pool is cleaned and to check with the management team when work will be carried out and not rent the property at these times. I asked for a partial refund and didn’t receive a response.
