Location was so good!

The WiFi was really poor. The toilet was also running water the whole time. The shower was a bit small too

It’s right in the heart of things, so you can easily walk to all the attractions! The apartment is nice too.

The street noise and hallway chatter at night can be quite loud. The check-in process could use some improvement. I tried to check in, but I didn’t hear back until hours later, and when I finally got there, I was standing around waiting for someone.

Location was perfect.

We were given a key that did not work correctly. The first night of our stay we were stuck outside the apartment at midnight for 40 minutes trying to jiggle the key and unlock the door. I contacted the staff member who checked us in, never responded back. I called the office several times, no answer. I texted the office twice, no response. It was like trying to solve a puzzle trying to get this key to work. We finally accessed the property 40 minutes later and the elevator was not working. We had to then climb 3 levels of stairs. I did not hear back from the team until midday the following day. 12 hours after needing their help. Not to mention - I’m 33 weeks pregnant. It was absolutely not okay, and really impacted the rest of our trip. There is also no air conditioner in the bedroom which makes it extremely hot. We were unable to sleep well all nights we were there due to the heat. There is no airflow through the bedroom, it is stifling. We stayed for 4 days and were left two rolls of toilet paper. We had to go and buy our own when we ran out. One towel each was provided for 4 days.
