Our family group of eight enjoyed the property. It was mostly exactly as advertised with a couple of exceptions. We had one small maintenance issue and the management company was very friendly and quickly responsive to take care of it. The cleanliness of the facility was solid, but some finer details were missed like cobwebs in the exterior corners of the lanai in the pool area and some crumbs and snacks that had fallen behind some of the seating areas and had likely been missed by a vacuum. also, the hot tub doesn’t get hot but stays pool temp so it would be better to not advertise it as a hot tub. The neighborhood was fine, but felt just a bit older than what we expected. Some of the chairs at the smaller mini pool were discolored and broken and could have used a refresh. That’s of course not the property owner’s fault but more about the overall complex. The larger pool facility with the lazy river was nice but quite a bit more full of people so we avoided that one and stayed at the mini pool which we had mostly to ourselves.also, one of the reasons we liked this property was the nice photo of the small soccer field since one of our daughters is a soccer player and we thought this would give her an opportunity to practice a little bit while on our trip. however, in reality the field looked like it hadn’t been tended in years and was mostly grown over with splotchy sections of sand throughout making it virtually unusable.

The home looked exactly as it did online. It was very clean, cozy, accommodating, spacious, entertaining, all of the bedrooms had their own bathrooms making it super convenient and the list goes on. It’s also centrally located to many stores and restaurants and not far from the parks. All of us adults and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the game room. I highly recommend this property!

This home was great. All the kids loved the pool, playroom and theatre area. Each bedrooom having it's own bathroom was fantastic. Thecwaterpark was so much fun for the kids and adults. Couldn't have picked a better place. Rental company was very responsive to even our minor requests. Highly recommend

House was beautiful. Contacting host was very easy and fast. Wish pool was a bit more heated because we stayed on cooler days. Kids werent able to enjoy much due to it being cold. But overall, it was an amazing house. Id stat again
