Peaceful, clean, easy access. Good choice especially for older people.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back! The biggest selling point of this condo is the location. Being on the first floor made it incredibly easy to go back and forth between the condo, pool, and beach without waiting on elevators or hauling all of our beach gear up and down stairs. If you’re traveling with kids, this convenience is hard to beat.The private beach access was fantastic, and the complimentary chair service was one of our favorite perks. We also loved being able to check the daily beach flag and see the beach conditions each morning before heading out. It made planning our day so easy.A couple of helpful tips for future guests: -You’ll need your beach access tags to both enter and exit the beach, so be sure to bring a waterproof pouch or bag to keep them dry. -We also highly recommend scheduling a Walmart grocery delivery shortly after you arrive. Parking spaces are available but are fairly tight, especially if you drive a larger SUV or extended cab, so once you have a good spot, you’ll probably want to keep it.-The condo was stocked with plenty of bath towels, and we appreciated having extras. One thing to know is that there are no rugs inside, so you’ll likely track in sand after beach trips. We ended up using a couple of towels near the doors to help catch sand and simply washed them during our stay.-We spent most of our time either on the beach or relaxing on the balcony, which had several seating options and was a great place to enjoy the view. The management company was also outstanding. They checked in proactively throughout our stay, and I was pleasantly surprised that when I replied to their text messages, I was connected with a real person instead of an automated system. We enjoyed our stay very much. Very clean! We took our two little Yorkies that are crate trained. We’re always reluctant to stay at a condo that allows your pet because not all pet owners are responsible and clean , this condo did not disappoint! No pet odor at all. Great access to the beach, beautiful views. Only complaint is that some small kitchen appliances need replacing. But other than that this was an amazing stay! We walked the neighborhood several times. Very quiet and peaceful. Would love to go again! You absolutely cannot beat this location. Be prepared to carry your luggage to your condo though, the only cart is a beat up old grocery cart.

The location is fantastic and this is the best part. The interior of the unit is good also, with the bath and the kitchen obviously recently renovated. However, we encountered many issues as follows: The main issue: If someone is staying in the unit above, you can hear them as they move around to the point it sounds like they are right inside the unit. It even woke us up at 5:30 am one morning. We had to check out a day early due to this issue. The check in code we were given by email would not work. After spending 30 minutes and speaking to several persons we were finally given a different code that worked. Apparently there is an alternative code that can be used if the primary code doesn't function. Much time could have been saved if the alternate code had been promptly furnished when we contacted the management company. Next, be aware that this property has a shower only. The fine print correctly mentions this but the photos on line showed a tub/shower combo. Also,be sure to scan the code listed on the Laminate sheet so you can learn how to access keys needed to get onto the beach. Be aware that there are no instructions on how to use the microwave (which is not a typical one) nor about the tv set up. The kitchen is in dire need of additional silverware. There were only 2 of us and we had to wash every night so we could have some the next day. Finally, we did not use the pool as were there in Feb but it is very small and both it and the furniture looked miserable.
