The location was amazing right by the canal in the Navigli district. Walking distance to all the restaurants and close to the subway. Please was clean and quiet from the noise.

1st, the check in instructions were a bit confusing and did not completely match the instructions as the pictured instructions already showed a person with the key. When I called the # for help, the guy only referred me back to the check in instructions. Luckily I was able to get in. Main issue was the heat. It says AC but the AC is really weak. We stayed in September and it was so hot you couldn’t feel the AC on. The bed is high up making it even more hotter and uncomfortable in the summer. I asked if they could bring a fan but didn’t get any response or acknowledgment even. We ended up sleeping in the floor uncomfortably.

Abbiamo avuto un problema con il self check in, non avevamo il codice di prenotazione (per un errore nel sito web che abbiamo scoperto dopo), la maggior parte dei telefoni di chi si occupa della struttura erano spenti, rispondeva solo qualcuno sulla chat ogni 20 minuti continuando a dire che il codice l’avevamo senza minimamente prendere in considerazione il fatto che fosse vero quello che dicevamo. Purtroppo per questo problema siamo rimaste fuori due ore al caldo finché (finalmente) un altra persona che si occupa della struttura è stato disposto ad ascoltarci per capire quale fosse il problema e risolverlo, ci ha proposto un check out più tardi dell’orario previsto e di tenerci le valigie per scusarsi. Sarebbe bastata solo un po’ più di gentilezza all’inizio per evitare tutto questo, anche perché non costava niente scrivere un codice di 4 cifre nella chat al posto di continuare a insistere sul fatto che l’avessimo.

Logement très bien situé sur l’artère principale de Navigli, mais totalement au calme. Propre et confortable même s’il mériterai quelques équipements supplémentaires (verres, machine à café etc…).

Gros problème de Clim qui ne refroidit pas. Sommes arrivés avec 35 degrés dans l’appart et impossible de le rafraîchir malgré l’intervention le dernier jour de quelqu’un (lit en mezzanine avec chaleur qui monte). 3 nuits sans dormir.
