Clean place, spacious, incredible view of the sea. The breezes from the sea blow right through the unit allowing you to keep windows open and enjoy the cool sea breeze during the day. Love the proximity to the downtown Christiansted area and the general location. Laundry is super close and convenient for being external to the actual unit.

Great location, air worked good, hot water was cool (not hot). Would stay again. Great island house.

We had an absolute blast staying in the condo. We were moved from our original condo to this one due to the selling of the other one. We couldn’t have asked for a better condo. It was very clean, very well stocked and overall fantastic. We would absolutely stay again. Matt was very easy to get ahold of at all times.

The condo needs to be updated. Didn’t feel like things were being worked on. We couldn’t get in when we got to condo because keypad batteries were dying. The host did show up and brought batteries pretty quickly so that was good. I told him we had no hand soap in bathrooms he said he would bring some and never did. I feel at the very least you should supply hand soap and one extra roll of toilet paper. That was not he case. Very inconvenient.especially when I was told he would drop some hand soap off to us. Many lights needed new light bulbs. There was some in the unit that my husband has to replace at least 3 different lights. The view on the back porch over looking the beach was the best part. We liked that the property was safe and gated. Price was descent just some new updates would make the place much nicer.
