Convenient as my event is at Mid Valley, even though it is a partitioned area from the original unit. The facilities within the unit are good.
The instructions in the parking lot were wrong. My car was being clamped. I have to go through all the trouble to unclamp the car. It seems that the owner do not the correct parking lot.

Cannot walk to Mid Valley

Walking distance from Mid Valley Southkey about 10 - 15 mins, affordable pricing and easy communication with the owner.
The walkway to the bedroom is very narrow, plus-size people will have a hard time going in and out of the bedroom. The bidet piping needs to change. One of the curtain holders was broken. The fan remote is dead, so the speed can't be adjusted. The iron board cover desperately needs to be replaced as it has holes and burn marks.
