Perfect size for a couple. Amazing location right near the centre of Chamonix with lovely views of the river and mountains. Kitchen had everything one needs for a short getaway.

The shower was quite awkward as the shower head is very low and so you must sit in the bath, which was difficult for my 6ft3 husband. Also the property could not provide a cot bed for our infant child. I also requested an early check-in which I was charged 30 euro for. We were told we could check-in at 1pm but when we arrived at the property at 2pm, the keys were not in the lock box and after contacting the concierge we were told the cleaning crew were running late. The concierge is also hard to get a ahold of and takes a while to reply.

The location, view, balcony, and especially the kind and responsive staffs were fantastic!! The property was neat, and the sheets and towels were spotlessly clean. When we found and reported a problem with the washing machine, they responded quickly, came to look into it, and provided a solution for us. The view of Brévent was absolutely beautiful. Thanks to the sound of the river, we weren’t bothered by the voices of neighbors. We even saw a few shooting stars from the balcony at night! ✨ Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Not much, really. If we had to mention one tiny thing, there were only two rolls of toilet paper when we arrived, but I’m sure they would have been happy to provide more if we had asked.

Super location and very well furnished

The sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable that kids ended up sleeping in it and adults in the bunk bed !

location

it was very small and the bed wasn’t comfortable
