View from the room was breathtaking, room spacious and clean. Sevgi from reception was very welcoming and friendly.. For it’s price, great value.

Only small downside is no lift, had to carry luggages 2 flights of stairs

The location is excellent, the apartments had everything we needed, we bought groceries from Voli supermarket on the way from the airport and as advertised this apartment had everything we needed, we were able to cook our own food and clean our clothes, it also had an iron and ironing board! The host gave us good advice for excursions and arranged taxi's for us. Casa collection is in-between Kotor Old Town and Kotor Cable Car which made accessing the sights and activities very easy and cost less for a taxi when we needed it. We did hire a car as our trip included four stops in Montenegro.

The staff was so friendly and helpful,they were there to help . l had a car , so the location was perfect in the middle to kotor , port of Montenegro to all other good places . Was very good choice for me

The staff was friendly and helpful.

I had to check in 2 hours after the expected check in time because they had not finished cleaning. When I eventually entered the room, the floor was still wet from mopping. The bed was poorly made with different pillow cases. The pillows themselves seemed very old and worn. Not comfortable to sleep on. The walls are very thin, I could hear people in other rooms at night. The property doesn’t have an elevator which means carrying bags manually up and down the stairs. There is no reception area and the only place to sit while waiting to check in is the pool deck. The surroundings are dusty with lots of construction. The property did not feel safe to me as a female traveller because basically anyone off the street can walk up to your room because there’s no entrance area that restricts movement for non-residents and that raises alarm bells for solo travellers. Anyone could be loitering around the property. The couch was extremely dirty and stained. When checking out, the staff took my phone and tried to write their own review using my phone out of fear of receiving a negative review. The whole experience made me uncomfortable.
