We didn't have time to enjoy all the onboard activities, due to other land/sea activities. Maybe 2 nights could have been more ideal.

Just an excellent experience overall. The brand new ship was absolutely pristine. It is the largest ship in Ha Long Bay as of February 2024 and it literally stands head and shoulder above all other cruise ships. The meals were excellent and the ship has plenty of entertainment for young children. The aft deck swimming pool is warmed so despite the chilly weather we were able to enjoy an excellent swim. The staff was beyond reproach. Ha Long Bay is a must visit for north Vietnam and the views from the ship are absolutely breathtaking. Well worth the premium if you are looking for a once in a lifetime experience.

The ship's golf simulator was broken at the time of our trip. Some of the staff had a difficult time understanding English but other staff stepped up to fill the gap. The Booking.com listing indicated no reservation fee but prior to boarding the cruise contacted me to demand a reservation fee. This requirement should be made clear on the listing.

Writing this as we are taking the transfer back to Ha Noi. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Vietnam! - the food was incredible, can't praise it enough! - the staff amazing, special shout out to 'K', Ly Le, Thuan. They all made the trip even better :) - the facilities, very spacious and modern Our only regret is that we didn't take the 2 night option instead. Thank you for such a great experience. I am absolutely nit-picking but perhaps a small improvement to the cocktails :)

Everything was perfect. The apartment was so nice with two bedrooms and a private balcony. All facilities were great enough and modern, convenience.

The experience aboard the 'Essence Grand' cruise is truly luxurious and serene. It offers complete freedom, allowing passengers to do as they please. The dinner is exceptional, enjoyed while navigating through a surreal landscape. The rooms are exactly as depicted in the photos, and the terrace is simply fantastic. The service is of high quality, with a team that takes great care of every guest. I would like to give a special mention to Christina and 'K' for their outstanding attention and professionalism. An unforgettable experience!

What an amazing experience. Fantastic views from the room. Food was one of the best we had in Vietnam. Staff is very helpful. It was a great experience to be in Halong Bay overnight on the cruise.

Everything was perfect. We loved everything on the cruise. This is the biggest boat in Halong Bay and newest one. We were offered free access to sauna room and we interested with all other activities. The staffs are young, lovely and helpful.
