I had a great stay at the Beautour, in fact I stay there each time I come to Lisbon. Patricia is always very helpful and is ok for late check-ins!
The bathroom shower could be improved, otherwise everything was nice.

Owner is super friendly and helpful, check in was easy and she gave us a great restaurant recommendations.
Balcony in our room made all the difference, gets the evening sun.
Location is perfect for the airport - 12min uberXL at 4am on a Monday (no issues with lack of drivers in the area/declining the trip either)
Free cereal and coffee/tea etc is a nice touch but realised at 4am that milk isn’t provided.
NOT THE FAULT OF THE OWNER but 1 other guest (30s, male) clearly has issues aiming at the toilet, another came back at 2am and projectile vomited all over the other bathroom.

Had personality, fish in tank , nice kitchen.
I couldnt breathe in the room, air is missing.
Could do with a little renovation room
