OMG, we absolutely fell in love with this hotel from the moment we walked in! Everything about our stay was amazing. The staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always willing to help.
A very special thank you to the manager, Damasio, who truly made our experience even more memorable. He was extremely professional, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The hospitality was exceptional, and we felt so well taken care of throughout our entire stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Trancoso! ❤️
