Rooms, balcony, kitchen, both bathrooms were all very comfortable and clean. Many new appliancs. Location was great to be able to walk across the street to catch the sunset. Pool area and grill facilities were great to have. I appreciated that there were pool hours and that the pickleball was not noisy.
Our only surprise was due to the natural causes of no more sandy beach at Magic Sands Beach across the street! Access to the water was tricky on the rocks. There was a lifeguard, just not the nearby beach I had expected.

Great location, parking spot included. Fully stocked kitchen. White sands beach was right in front of property.
2 flights of stairs but honestly not a problem for us.
