Beautiful home, well stocked and clean. Staff goes out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Great communication and pleasant to deal with. Great location.

Beautiful home with breathtaking views. The mold in the master shower and the stained kitchen sink need extra cleaning. The flies, fruit flies, and mosquitoes were a big problem, but, otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay at this property! The house was very clean and stocked with what we needed (except trash bags for some reason). There is a fantastic beach view from the windows and multiple balconies, and the beach is only about a 3 minute walk away. We also used the community pool.Unfortunately the internet was basically unusable, going in and out. The main tv in the living room appeared had a cable box but it was not connected to the tv (?) so we couldn’t use it. Of course you’re at the beach but with remote working and little kids wanting to wind down with their favorite shows, not having tv or internet was kind of a problem. If that is resolved I highly recommend this property!

We stayed at this home recently and unfortunately had a number of issues that made our experience less enjoyable than expected. The stated check-in time for the listing is 4PM. We were about 10 min out from the property (it was close to 4:45 at this point) when I realized we hadn’t received check-in instructions yet. I had to reach out directly to request them, upon which I was told that there was a maintenance person currently at the property fixing a towel rack and they could not send us the check-in instructions until he was finished.The house itself has potential, but it’s in need of better upkeep. The coffee machine didn’t work. The towel rack in the queen bathroom on the bottom floor was broken, and the tub/shower faucet in that same bathroom stopped working on our second day. There were broken shutter pieces, the top step on the second floor was unstable (the maintenance person actually fixed this on the spot for us while he was there since it was dangerous so kudos to him), and the second floor bathroom was missing a bathtub stopper.We also noticed stained carpets, dirt/sand on the floors, and buildup on the deck and railings that hadn’t been cleaned. Storage was a bit of a challenge as well—the pantry was locked, leaving limited space to store groceries, and the closet in the master bathroom on the top floor was also locked.Overall, the property wasn’t well-prepared for guests.
