This place was absolutely perfect. My fiancé and I could have stayed there forever. Walking (or biking) distance to everything you need in Southport, yet so serene and quiet. A quick drive from the Kure Beach and Bald Head island ferry- it’s the perfect place to stay in Southport at an extraordinarily reasonable price. Our only recommendations would be if you are staying for a while being a hot plate or griddle (fridge and microwave provided) and a bike lock if you are planning on driving the bike to locals and are worried about them. We will definitely be staying again!

NEVER AGAIN!!! We arrived at unit #3, went in, everything looked and smelled clean. Started to unpack but nowhere to put clothes. Then realized only a couple of towels for each of us and two quarter size pieces of soap for 6 days and 5 nights with only one hook in the whole unit to hang wet towels. So called owner to see if we could get a couple more towels and more soap. He said no problem he will have that taken care of. 5 minuets later the cleaning lady called my phone to tell me that was all they ever leave in a unit. I said for 5 nights we would like a couple more towels and soap. She got very angry so we just hung up and called the owner back. He said he would take care of it. He came by, walked in, dropped a hand full of towels and soap on the floor and said here you go. What a way to start a vacation. One day later my wife was out on the balcony and 4 people from the cleaning crew conveniently show up and start an argument over the stupid towels. Saying things like, do you have a staring problem, you think you're something don't you, what you got a problem with all my tattoos. This would have been funny if we were talking to a five year old, but these were grown adults. It almost turned into a brawl in the parking lot. What a vacation! So we once again called the owner and told him we wanted out. This time he was extremely nice and apologetic. He gave us a full refund and again apologized. So we packed up and ended our vacation 4 days early. NEVER AGAIN!!!

We loved this place. It was very relaxing and it’s right near the water. The inside was also nice and clean.

My husband and I had an amazing time. The space was perfect for the two of us. We loved the location. Everything was clean and well decorated. Such a short walk to everything. We would absolutely stay here again! The only small recommendation I would give is having another towel hook in the bathroom- nothing major and certainly not a deal breaker by any means.

Came for grandsons birthday. Enjoying watching the activity on the water. Walking distance to Provisions & Fishy Fishy. A little longer walk to downtown. Condo was great for the two of us. Would recommend leaving instructions to where the overhead light switches are. Only downside-frequent barking of dog upstairs starting at 6:30 am. Barked at all the early walkers.

My husband and I just adored this vacation condo! It was picture perfect, clean and comfortable. Southport is such a special place to me, and I would highly recommend visiting and staying here! Thank you for your hospitality!

Great condo with awesome view.

We had a beautiful view of the water and surrounding islands from our deck. The bicycles are a nice addition. We were in walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. This location is very quiet and comfortable. We will definitely stay there again. Thank you for your great hospitality!

Lovely condo walking/biking distance to waterfront restaurants, shops and bars. Very clean and well equipped. Communication with Tommy was fantastic. The bathroom could use more towel racks.

overall our stay and experience was vey good. The condo was as described and very accessible. Although, the neighborhood was a bit noisy in the morning for late sleepers like us and the listing stated it was pert free and one of the adjacent units had a small yapping dog that was a bit too excited to say the least.

I can't say enough about this property. It's clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and appointed, and has everything you need. More importantly, it is in an absolutely ideal location to explore all that Southport has to offer. It's right across from the marina, just a few minutes' walk to the yacht basin and Southport's beautiful historic district. Communication with Tommy was great, and check-in was seamless. I'd give it six stars if I could.

We were so pleased with the condo. Very clean and just as pictured. Great location! LOVED being able to walk to restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again! Would suggest putting up shade on the door beside the bed that would block out more light.

Great little place in the perfect location. Walk, ride bike or drive to everything. Bed very comfortable. Only thing missing was a dresser but we managed for our short stay.

The property was as described and the bikes were an added fun extra. The property is a studio so suitable for a single or couple. The upstairs neighbor was a bit heavy footed but overall is was not a problem. As there is not a full kitchen, plan on eating meals out at the many restaurants. Best for just having coffee and something simple. I do suggest they add a toaster to the kitchen area. The host was very accommodating and quickly accessible. Definitely recommend this property.

The condo was well decorated and furnished. Bed very comfortable and so was the loveseat. 2 bikes on the porch were a fun activity. Would highly recommend this place for 2 guests!

Place was clean and a great location. Batteries were dead to operate the fire place remote control. Other then that it was exceptional. Will plan to return next year.

Pleasant studio just off the intracoastal waterway and marina, so fun watching boat traffic. Easily walkable to downtown and restaurants.
