Our “island of peace” - as it is often affectionately called by our guests - is located around 2 km outside the village of “Glatten-Neuneck” in a forest clearing of around 8 hectares.



Many cycling and hiking trails offer numerous opportunities to explore the wonderful surroundings and enjoy the northern Black Forest. If you are looking for civilization or tourist attractions in between, the towns of Dornstetten, Freudenstadt, Loßburg, Alpirsbach (known for its unique beer) or Horb am Neckar are just a short drive away. In the Almhütte “Wiesenglück” a maximum of 1 pet (dog) is allowed. Dogs must be kept on a lead on the premises and there is an additional charge on site for pets.
