Perfect stay!! Abid who checked us in was perfect. He took us to our room and showed us around. Allow us to check in slightly early as the room was ready. Which was perfect. The amenities were great. The view from the pool and gym were perfect. However the pool was very cold. The gym is basic but enough to get a decent work out completed. Always really quiet too. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and had everything you needed. The full kitchen where you could cook and the washing machine was very helpful. Comfy big bed, AC, full living room and office room. Big good shower. Check in was easy. Instructions are given. You go to the concierge and then to floor 33 (9) then check in can be completed. Location was perfect 10 minute walk to towers and restaurants and shops surrounding the accommodation. Can easily order grab food to the room too, so much choice. This accomdation is amazing for the price!

Nothing everything was perfect.

The Royac residence rooms are not that much big as I experienced with Tropicana residence in KLCC, try make more comfortable stay in regards to rooms and bathroom, last three days no warm water.

The views.

Cleanliness. The apartment was not clean to the required standard, they started cleaning shortly before our check in time of 3pm. We moved into the room while they were cleaning and was still dirty after the cleaners left. We even had to ask them to wipe water off the bathroom flood after they mopped and didn't wipe away the water. They should strictly focus on cleaning.
