Great location. Short walk to Colloseum and plenty of public transport close by. Easy to liaise with hosts to get into the property. Washer dryer was good, although you cannot open the detergent drawer on the unit. Excellent aircon. We were not provided with enough soap and toilet paper, but the host delivered more to us promptly which was appreciated.
The balcony was a disappointment. I had assumed it looked over the street, but it looked into the inner building area, looking at other balconies (most used as storage overflow) and washing. And was unusable as it contained the apartments rubbish bins and a ladder.

Spacious apartment with good facilities. Comfortable big bed. Washer dryer and ability to dry clothes on balcony. Good communication with owners. Lots of local restaurants.
Nothing.

The property is really well located, near bars and cafes, its a 10 min walk to the colluseum and a 25 min journey on a tram to the main centre/ Travestere.
The apartment had all mod cons (inc Netflix and Amazon Prime logged in) on the TV which is fantastic when travelling.
Unfortunately (out of the owners control- I understand) but there is major renovation construction in the adjacent apartment which created continual drilling noise and dust in the apartment (even with windows closed) which mean’t during the day the apartment was inhabitable.
