Gianluca met us and provided keys and orientation. I could not use the easypark app for my rental car so Gianluca walked me down the street and a left turn to the parking ticket machine. An amazing host. A major street and some wrote in their reviews about the street noise. We didnt let that bother us. We were in Catania to explore. The apartment was great. New washing machine and we used the 15 minute quick wash. Theres a LIDL nearby but across the street is a grocery store with everything you need. At night we closed the sliding doors to the bedroom and bathroom and slept soundly. No street noise. And, we were able to always find a parking spot right at the front door no matter what time we returned! Amazing. No luggage dragging. We did go to Malta for one night and its only a 10 minute drive to the airport. And convenient location to get on the main road to Siracuse, Aetna, Taromina and other places. I walked to the fish market and back on Saturday. Its a long walk but fun. Drove the same route and parked for dinner in town. Great host. Some commented that the area was not that nice...I felt safe and walked to the corner to get some pizza. An active area. Go up the street at night and it becomes a lot of restaurants. Loved the place. If you have a car, put this on the top of your list of places to stay.

Il gestore persona solare e disponibile (lo sono tutti i siciliani) è stato presente in miniera discreta e disponibile durante il soggiorno. Ci ha dato informazioni su come passare al meglio i nostri giorni a Catania e zone limitrofe. La struttura è pulita e molto spaziosa. Supermercato, farmacia,bar tutto a due passi.Un grosso grazie al signor Gianluca

Ottimo soggiorno in una zona molto interessante e vicina alla bella Piazza principale con il Duomo di Sant'Agata. Appartamento ricco di confort e adatto anche a una famiglia numerosa. Tutto ottimo.

Amabilitatea proprietarului Gianluca a fost peste așteptările noastre, în prima seara ne-a plimbat cu mașina lui sa ne arate împrejurările și atractiile acestui oraș deosebit, cu oameni calzi și foarte ospitalieri. Apartamentul este situat într-o zona istorica, aproape de toate atracțiile turistice, peste drum de apartament se afla magazine, restaurante (tot ce ai nevoie), casa este spațioasă, curata, frumos amenajata și nu lipsește absolut nimic din ceea ce este necesar pentru un sejur în Catania. Recomandam cu toată încrederea și vom reveni cu foarte mult drag. P.S. Un grande abbraccio per Gianluca!🤗❤️
