Bertiera Rooms

the cleaning was very very nice, polite, helpful, and pro active! shower was new and water was hot and it had pressure. all towels and sheets were clean and there were no bugs! location is GREAT.

wifi didn't work at all. walls desperately need a redo. very dirty and beaten up and room didn't feel cozy at all. mattress was big because it was made of two smaller ones and very uncomfortable! i would rather have a smaller bed but one comfortable mattress. water was leaking from the shower because the door didn't latched properly. bathroom could use one or two shelves and hooks for storage of toiletries and towels.

Staff was communicative. We love the location. It was very central and walking distance to most of the things we wanted to see.

The full size bed was an actuality two twin size beds pushed together. This made for our sleep to be a bit uncomfortable at times.

nothing just a fridge in the room

The bed was situated so that you had to shuffle up and down the bed either on your hands and knees so that you could manoeuvre out of the bed and my partner had a problem as he was against a wall The bathroom although new was adequate the shower when you get in was awkward as the rainfall switch would not stop without holding the push button in and holding the small shower button in whilst trying to wash was not great the drain was not draining as quickly as the water was coming out hence the water damage on the bathroom door and the low rise plinth was not high enough for it to drain properly the warm water took a while so it flooded the floor needless to say we will not be staying here again and it was very expensive for the basic facilities not even a kettle
