Far from any road and 100 m from the winegrower's owner's home, the gite is surrounded by biodynamically cultivated vines, with the utmost respect for nature and its inhabitants. Vineyards and country houses are the two jewels of this region: it is in the heart of its renowned vineyards (Monbazillac, Saussignac, Montravel, Pécharmant, etc.) that the town of Bergerac rises. Tennis courts are 500 m away in Saussignac. Private lake on site (no water in summer). Outside the house, enjoy the large, unfenced 1,500 m² garden with a small covered terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, sun loungers, ping-pong table, and swing.
