This is truly an amazing location, steps from the main square. Parking was relatively easy, also a bonus.
There were some small issues but Santanyi Rentals who were managing the listing were incredible and saved the trip for us.
The kitchen is well equipped, everything you need is there. There’s also a washing machine (bonus).
This home needs some maintenance particularly outside in the yard along with the decking around the pool.
If you’re a family this house is great. If you’re two or three couples it’s not so good. Two beds upstairs share a bathroom and the bed on the main floor is not attached to a bathroom and privacy is an issue.
Lots of pluses and some minuses…not the right place for us.

Beautiful property located in the centre of Santanyí village. Very spacious and well equipped. It was lovely to have a large garden and swimming pool to cool down. We had a very comfortable stay.
