Lorenzo was super helpful. When my train arrived at the station he called and sent step by step walking directions. He alåso provided some local restaurant/trattoria suggestions on request. The room was spacious with accent lighting and a modern walkin shower and bathroom. There was an electric carafe for tea and coffee and a small refrigerator too. The room had windows that could be opened for fresh air in the evening and air conditioning for hotter days. The was secured by electronic keypad. No keys needed. All in all a great location and pleasant experience. Bravo Lorenzo!
That I had only two nights in Venice.

Super convenient location which was easy to get to and depart from. We walked everywhere and it was close to a lot of food options as well. Lorenzo the host was really helpful and responsive from before arrival through to departure, and also provided many recommendations. Apartment itself is really clean and modern and has everything you need.
During our stay it rained one night and the gutter noise of water tricking was a bit noisy. Some Street noise but nothing major.
