Hop Inn Tokyo Asakusa

Very clean and excellent location. Literallly Sensoji temple is across the road.

Location and room is great, very spacious and everything well places and usable

Could have been a bit cleaner and every day at 5am, something keept us up for 1h, something turns on and vibrates the bedroom wall. Makes it hard to sleep, not sure if is the water heater or a transformer but something at around 5am

Good location in Asakusa, right across the street from Sensoji temple. Our room was clean and modern and included a smart TV, so that was a bonus! The amenities provided in the lobby were good, including coffee and bath salts.

We requested some additional pillows but were only able to get one. This was unfortunate as we had booked two people, and we both needed an extra pillow. We kept asking through our stay about once a day, but kept being told they were out or they had been reserved for other guests. I don't think the staff are at fault here, it seems there is a policy that they can only give out one extra pillow per room. This was unfortunate as it was our first stop in Japan so we landed jet lagged and could have done with the best sleep possible.
