All was good - having read the reviews we were a little skeptical but we were pleasantly surprised. Plenty of space downstaitrs in Lounge and Kitchen

Our only complaint was the shower in the main bathroom, didnt have a temperature gauge and therefore almost impossible to have a shower - just about managed it by jumping in and out

Remarkably cheap. Incredible value

A bit grainy in smell downstairs but £60 for a three bed cottage !! No complaints

Location was amazing, the cottage itself was lovely just needs a update on decor and a proper clean

Beds a bit low to the floor, peeling paint on walls does not look great, cracked floor tiles in the kitchen, 1 cracked window in the kitchen, satellite channels on TV didn't work, couldn't figure out how to turn the fire on. Was warm though so didn't really need it.

Fabulous location and a lovely quirky cottage. Well equipped with bags of character. Bedding and bathroom lovely and clean

However, everything seemed a little grubby. Especially the carpets downstairs and sofas. The kitchen cupboards and shelves were sticky and the whole cottage could do with a deep clean. The shower had two temperatures, hot or scalding, couldn't for the life of me get it to cool down. Heater in the fire place downstairs was tricky to operate and the remote was flithy. Patches of damp and peeling paint gave the whole.place student accommodation vibes. The bed on the top floor was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Wifi hot-spot through the tv was none existent. Signal bad everywhere but it wasn't an issue. Overall a nice quirky cottage but could do with a spruce up and a good scrub.
