JEMAA EL FNA Suites & Spa

Fabulous location Friendly staff nothing too much trouble Beautifully clean.

The location.

I've stayed at this hotel before, and this time, the hygiene was disappointing. I found a brown stain (old blood?) on one of the pillows and a hair from a previous guest in the bathroom on the green-stained tiles. For €126,- a night this is unacceptable. I was also disappointed that the receptionist wouldn't let my child use the shared restroom after checkout. I had the distinct feeling that they were being fake friendly until checkout. This was a completely different experience than last time.
