Cockroaches!

Unfortunately, our experience at this accommodation was very disappointing. We arrived late in the evening, so we only discovered the problem the next morning. While having breakfast in the kitchen, we found live cockroaches. We immediately packed our belongings and left the apartment, as we did not feel it was hygienic or safe to stay. We understand that this is budget accommodation and we were not expecting luxury. However, cockroaches are a serious cleanliness and hygiene issue, not a matter of comfort or personal preferences. We were traveling with children, and this situation caused a lot of stress. We had one more prepaid night, but we could not use it and had to end our holiday one day earlier than planned. We did not leave because we changed our plans — we left because we felt we had no other responsible option. After leaving, we had to inspect and wash all of our belongings because we were worried about bringing insects home. As a result of this situation, we lost the money paid for the night that we could not use and also had additional unexpected expenses for hygiene products and cleaning supplies to treat our luggage and belongings. I am also disappointed with the follow-up from Booking.com. I reported the issue, provided photos, and explained the situation in detail, but after many days I still did not receive a satisfactory resolution. The offered compensation did not reflect the seriousness of the hygiene issue, the lost paid night, or the inconvenience caused. I hope future guests will not have to experience the same problem.

Better than being homeless

It was a cheap place to stay

Everything was dirty, the toilet kept running, the floor had spots everywhere, the dishes were dirty in the shelves.

We would rather sleep om the street in rain than this place

NOTHING!

Do not book this place! The pictures are nothing like the real place. The place is in a highly criminal area with shady people. The place is loud, smells bad and not clean at all! You will most definitely get a disease from staying there. My friends and I had to book another hotel right away because the place was too dirty (we are used to cheap hostels and aren't picky, but we would rather sleep on the street than this hell hole). The owner is a bad guy and won't give a refund. Please do not book this place, you will regret it and waste your money. We wouldn't even sleep there for free
