Location and amenities in the complex

Everything was good about the property , enough room to put things , not too far to Rundle mall to walk or to other shops & restaurants. Communication was great and easy too.
Couldn’t fault anything . Would definitely stay again.

The owners were attentive and responsive. When we asked for more tea mugs, they delivered them the same day.
The apartment is new, clean and tidy. There is Fire TV for streaming apps. A supermarket is around the corner as are a few cafes and a pub. The apartment is quiet as well.

The apartment was spacious, an easy walk to cafes, restaurants and central markets. It was mostly quiet. 2 bathrooms was handy. A good little supermarket next door is really great. Parking possibly easier than other parts of town. Mostly the apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped and I would stay there again.
Lounge/sofa needed a clean. One of the beds was quite low and the mattress a bit thin. So might be hard for an older person to get of. Paying extra for a carpark in the building. It would be great if the coffee in the cafe was better. Overall the negatives are pretty minor and I would stay here again.
