I loved that we could park our bikes and use the maintenance equipment too. The staff are so friendly and attentive and there is lots of information available about cycling on the island . Great location with a sento close by and an amazing old coin laudry close by too (they offer a washing machine at the hotel but no dryer)

I could park my bicycle safely inside. There was a pump for my tyres. The reception staff was friendly. The room was exactly as it looked in the pictures

The location was perfect. It's a 10-minute walk from Tokushima train station across the Shinmachi River, and 1 block from Awa Odori Kaikan theater. Close to many restaurants & shops. The English-speaking inn proprietor could not be nicer, with many helpful recommendations and suggestions. She was eager to share local knowledge and connect visitors with other local, English speaking restaurants, tour guides. She helped us find a good breakfast cafe, and where to get dinner (1 of us is vegetarian). We could text our questions and we received immediate, helpful, and insightful assistance, within minutes. Very clean facility, very organized, with adequate space to store bicycles. We would love to return someday and explore more of Shikoku island.

No safe place to store luggage but we were able to find secure lockers in the train station, 10 minutes away. We booked the last room and it was a bit small for 2 tall adults, but we made do, since we were outdoors most of the day.

阿波踊りの会場に近く利便性はよかつたです。従業員さんの対応がとても親切でした。

部屋がせますぎた。TVがなく不便でした。トイレがウオシュレットでなく日本では珍しいですね。 衣類の置くところなくバックに詰めたままで過ごした。
