Hist WhatsApped me the day before check-in to arrange check-in. Told them I wasn't due until tomorrow but they told me they were fully booked (I'd already paid via Booking.com!). They then told me my booking was confirmed.
They also text me again at 10 at night to say they'd moved the key box as it wasn't safe to leave it... I told them we needed the key box as we left they keys in there! They told me they messaged the wrong address...
Maybe they are new hosts. No major drama, but I want a smooth process when I spend a lot of money in a couple of nights away.
