We had a wonderful stay last week! Condo was beautiful, view was great and it was very close to lots of dining options.
Owners were easy to work with and gave information well ahead of time so we didn’t need to worry about anything.
The only problem we had was that the master bedroom shower was clogged. My husband is a plumber and fixed it on the first day and we had no issue after that!

This property was pretty nice, I loved the fridge and how big it was. My three kids and I enjoyed our stay here. The only issues I had was the couch had some stains on it. Looked like someone spilled something on it and it wouldn’t come off. It looked yellowish from them trying to clean it and the pillows on the couch were dirty. Also the shower knob in the main bedroom is broken, every time I would try to turn the water on it would pop off and I would have to fix it, this was so annoying. Last thing in the main bathroom the hot water on the sink does not work. It was leaking from the base. Seems like they need to fix some stuff in this unit.

This was our first time at Destin area and we loved it. Very close to restaurants and only 15min from Destin main area. This resort had plenty of parking space, the apartment is as described, very clean and beautiful views of the pool and beach. Will definitely plan to come back again.

This was our second time renting this condo! We love the location and view! It was clean and comfy! The only two things was we vacuumed out the edges of the bunk beds because there were crumbs and things all in there. The washer has mold in it. Otherwise everything was awesome!

Nice condo. Lots of water play for the kids. Great access to the beach. Wonderful amenities for a summer vacation for our family of 4. We enjoyed stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Waterscape. This was our 5th time visiting and room A420 has been the best so far. Very clean and brand new appliances. Great view of pool and beach.

We usually stay in houses for our vacations. This was our first condo experience and we loved it. The convenience of having the pools and beach within walking distance as well as the boardwalk with all of the restaurants was super nice. I have no complaints from our stay.

This was our first time staying at Waterscape and we loved it. Property listing for unit A420 was accurate and we loved the condo! Owners responded quickly to the couple of questions we had at check in. Our 2 year old loved the kids pool area, especially the frog "fountain",and the bunk beds with her own personal tv. Mom and Dad enjoyed the short walk to the beach. We will definitely look to rebook this property next time we visit!

We fell in love with Waterscape and the surrounding area during our recent stay. This unit was awesome!
Communication with Lanny and Ann was great and they responded quickly when we had a few questions/issues.
Getting around was a breeze as it's conveniently located from parking, elevators, pools etc. I loved the beachy decorations. The unit felt bright and fresh and was very clean. It was also well stocked with kitchen basics and dishes. My daughter loved the tv in the bunk bed area. It was great to have the tiki hut onsite for snacks and drinks. The splash pad and heated pools were amazing for the kids. The beach right off the resort is well maintained and we really liked that this rental included chairs and an umbrella!
Some of our favorite restaurants close by were Stewby's (which is practically right across the street), Oasis on the Boardwalk for coffee (a quick 3-minute drive) and Rockin' Tacos (also on the Boardwalk). Waterscape is also right around the corner from Gulfarium.
We would stay at this unit again in a heartbeat!

Everything as pictured and described. The condo was a great fit for our family of 2 adults and our 7 and 11 year old kids. The resort amenities were also great. We had a wonderful time and plan on returning to this resort and unti in the future.

Booking was easy and fast. Great communication with the owners. Plenty of parking, close to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. Beautiful view of the Gulf. We had an awesome time! Would book again!

Our family of five, which includes an 8, 6, and 4 yr old, throughly enjoyed this condo and property! The beach is beautiful, the condo was homey and clean, and the property and pools were kept and clean. We love to visit Okaloosa in the “off season” so there is plenty of room and not fighting the huge summer crowds. We would 100% rent this condo again and recommend it.

Great location, great condo, exactly as described. Owner very responsive with questions. Our kids loved the pool and beach of course. Several restaurants, shipping, and pier within walking distance, even for our 3 year old. We had a great stay!

We had a fantastic time. The unit was very conveniently located near amenities on the property. Excellent view. Comfy furniture. Kitchen was well supplied with pots, pans, food storage, etc. Our one complaint was the cleaning crew. We arrived at 4:30 and the cleaning crew had only just arrived. We had to wait for them to clean and they clearly rushed/did a lousy job. The 2nd bathroom was gross. We couldn’t use the ceiling fan in the bedroom because of the layer of dust on it. Stains on the bedding Floors were wet when they left. And they only gave us 3 of our 4 wristbands. They said they’d take care of it but I called the owner that evening and they hadn’t reported it. Fortunately the owner arranged to have another wristband left for us at the front desk. So everything worked out. Defintley a great unit. If they can correct the cleaning crew situation, it’s 5 stars, easy.

We had a great time at the waterscapes resort. The property was well kept and excellent for a family. The condo was the perfect size for a family of 4 and perfect for our needs.

Property was exactly as presented. Great location and access to everything. Beaches were amazing with easy access. The pools were awesome and kids had a blast. My only complaint is not enough chairs in the pool area. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Our family loved our beach vacation at Waterscapes. Our kids loved the pool and didn't want to leave. The property was clean and well cared for. The pool was not heated (traveled in April) but my kids did not seem to mind. The beach service (chairs and umbrella) was fantastic - so nice not to have to worry about carrying all that extra stuff to the beach. The view of the ocean and pool area from the balcony of the condo was perfect. We loved sitting outside and enjoying the view in the morning. The condo has everything you need and fit our family of 4 perfectly. We had a great week and would book again.

After a rocky check in, that the owners quickly rectified , it was a wonderful week. Property was clean, only suggestion would be to get plastic dishes and cups (only had glass) our family of 6 (2 adults) 4 kids had plenty of room to spread out. Loved the amenities! Kids loved heated pool and hot tubs . Easy access to beach and beach store. First time at Walton beach but will not be our last! We had a great week for weather!
