We stayed 5 nights at SH Colon. The hotel is convenient placed close to metro and the city center.
The staff was friendly but didn't appear that professional. We asked to have a taxi to the airport booked and when double checking later it rurned out they had not booked it.
Furthermore it should be stated in the description that their beds are shorter than normal. So woth 190, my feet were out of the bed.

Room was small but very functional and laid out well, we had no view, which made the room nice and quite and didn't bother us as we were only in the room for sleeping. Staff were very friendly and assisted us if we needed anything. Hotel is very central to explore the town. Bar facilities and terrace looked good.

We arrived on May 4 we arrived around 1 pm one of the lady at the reception was very rude but not Celia who was very nice. The rude one has long auburn hair she told that everything I request when I reserved the room was not possible. When it was time to pay my husband pay with a credit card,twice the paiement did not go trough because she retrieved the card to fast my hus!band had to tell her not to go so fast and it works she was upset. When we arrived in our room we were surprised because we had everything we ask for, far from elevator and not facing the busy street. When we went out she was at the reception we told her that the room was perfect we had everything we asked for!! Please put her in a close office where she belong

Great location but the timed light in the bathroom is not great. The seats at the restaurant/breakfast are too low, not comfortable at all.

The outside noise was too loud, poor soundproofung. Around midnight a smell of cigarettes was detected which was very annoying.

Good location-very close to the Old City, shopping and the Metro to the aiprort. Nice breakfast and friendly waiting staff.
The bedroom was quite small and disappointing for a so called "premium room", suitbale for single occupancy but not as a double. Hotel lobby is also small with space only for the desk and a couch.

Perfect location, 5 min walk from Valencia Nord train station and on the edge of the old town. Lovely room and great breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff..

An excellent hotel well located between the heart of the city and the beach areas. Modern, professional rooms with superb showers. Fitness suite disappointing - please add more cold water and a cross trainer.

Lovely hotel in the centre of town by the bullring. Easy check in and check out. The rooms were clean and well kept if just a little on the small side. I was surprised that the rooms didn’t have a kettle or coffee machine. The staff at the hotel are what made this stay incredible for us, super friendly, super helpful and just made the experience great.

Really central location. Comfortable rooms and lovely staff. Would return in a heartbeat

Great place, central, modern, comfortable. Close to shops. Walking distance to the sights. Only slight fault was one of the rooms had an unusual layout where the shower was in the bedroom so the other person could see. Would stay again.

Location Location Location!! The hotel is located right next to the train station and metro stop. It is within walking distance to all historical landmarks. Staff are friendly and nice under new management. Room is maintained at good conditions although could be improved by adding a water kettle and refreshments. Overall enjoyed the short stay in Valencia - will be happy to come back again.
