Closeness to beach, bedroom views, very spacious, rear courtyard, car parking permit was included. Location great for town, beach, shops and the railway station.
For the money we paid we were a little disappointed that there was peeling paint on bathroom walls, the skirting boards in conservatory/kitchen entrance were dusty.
Some of the items in kitchen were very basic ie toaster.
The back of the wardrobe was broken and bedroom main light didn't work.

Location, comfortable beds.
Bath and shower.
Damp smell, lack of facilities in kitchen - needs updating. Too many rugs - tripping hazard in lounge. Attick room needs privacy. No fan in bathroom -
awkward window.
