Absolutely pristine, excellent location, close to everything but still very quiet, good facilities and aircon, and two nice shared sun terraces.
Nothing really for myself as a solo traveller, though there isn't a dining table to eat at if that's a requirement - just a low coffee table. Bathroom might be a bit of a squeeze if there are two guests.

The location was great and convenient for exploring all the sights in Sevilla. Lots of light. Big bathroom. Enough space to feel comfortable. Very good AC. Very comfortable bad. TV with YouTube channel.
The washing machine is not in the apartment and it failed to do a wash twice, it stopped without finishing. We had to find the laundry facility outside.

Great location, exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Everything you need is supplied. Air conditioning was great especially in the high temperatures. We loved our stay here.
