Excellent location close to the entrance to the city center and the main square. When the ZTL is active, the walk to the apartment is not too far.
The property was excellent, just be aware of the stairs. It’s 2nd floor (3rd floor for the US description) plus there’s another set of stairs to the bedroom. Not a con, just something to keep in mind if you have large bags or mobility issues.
We did wish there was a microwave.

Abbiamo sempre parcheggiato facilmente. Posizione comoda per girare a Foligno a piedi e per raggiungere vari paesini dell' Umbria
Divano letto un po' scomodo e rumoroso

The apartment was clean, that's always number one for us. Easy to communicate with owners. We had everything we needed in the apartment, plenty of towels, tp, paper towels, kitchen items in general and it was very comfortable.
