We stayed in two of the three double rooms on the upper floor of the family home and had a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were clean, equipped with both AC and a fan, and the owner was very friendly and helpful. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the beach, which was perfectly fine for us. Room cleaning is available on request, which was convenient. Payment is in cash only, so make sure to have enough on hand.
The bathrooms could use some maintenance, as the showers are in need of repair.
There are also a few things to be aware of—especially if you’re a light sleeper. The house is close to the railway and a mosque, so earplugs are definitely recommended. Additionally, the “bun truck” comes by before 7 a.m., and noises from the family living downstairs (like cooking or TV sounds) carry easily through the open access to the ground floor. In the front room, these early-morning sounds were particularly noticeable, often before 6 a.m., so sleeping in wasn’t really an option.

Place is really nice, walking distance from the train station. Nothing to complain about

Очень комфортный гест хаус, прекрасная и чистая кухня, свежий ремонт, чистота
Рядом с железной дорогой, слышно поезда. Уборка в комнате по запросу, а не по графику - но зато идеальная!

I booked it an arrived in an interval of 50min (because I had issues with my previously booked accommodation). I had to wait for 10min for the host to prepare me the room, but they were nice enough to give me a place to sit and wait :) I am very thankful for such a quick response. Also, everything was very clean and well kept. The place I think is relatively new. Staff was friendly.
I could not get an invoice from them (they handle payments in cash). The balconies are shared, so when my russian neighbor spoke on the phone I would hear everything in my room. Also, the house is locate between to mosques so you can hear the prayers but this did not bother me. Please send me and invoice :( I do need it.
