Great location for accessing The Ross of Mull and Iona. Good facilities and very clean.
A couple of items need repairs but did not cause any problems.

Everything. Loved the quiet. The pictures don't do the place justice. Such peace and tranquility. The private bay is stunning. A nice wander down to the local is fun. Just what we were looking for. Didn't want to leave.
We had a minor problem with the plumbing, but it all got sorted quickly.

Our ferry was delayed so we only got to the property around midnight. The host Julia stayed up to greet us and had baked us a cake! The property is appointed to a very high standard and really is a home from home.
