The hotel is in a very central location in downtown, with many tourist attractions and markets within walking distance. I had a very nice view from the balcony, and the staff were really friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable. Overall, a pleasant stay and a good choice for exploring the city.
I would recommend improving is the cleanliness, as a little more attention to cleaning would make the stay even better.

GREAT Location, Amazing views. Elevator. Good WiFi. Great Balcony. Great location, nice breakfast. GREAT value for the money.
The front desk not the best at speaking English. Cash only or an upcharge (4 %) for a credit card. Heat didn't work, no queen beds as requested. I was supposed to get a refrigerator, but no refrigerator. Road noise is very loud from the balcony room. The hotel needs a facelift.

Estaba sucio, habían migas en los veladores, restos de fruta y pelos en las sábanas, además de estar manchadas.
