Location, size of the flat
Lack of tidiness, no soap in kitchen, no shower gel in bathroom. N.b. washing machine is just for their own use- was full of laundry. On top of the washing machine - laying pile of wet towels. Sent wrong info about check out time.

Great location, only a few minutes to the bus station and 5–10 minutes to the museums and a park. The apartment is spacious and clean. All essentials like a washing machine and a stove are provided. No AC, but the ventilation was fine and the temperature was comfortable.
couldn't watch the horror movie because of the age restrictions :(
