Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the views from the deck and enjoyed our coffee in the warm sun. Lots of space for our group of 5 to spread out. The grill on the deck doesn’t work and will hopefully be replaced or fixed soon. The house was spotless and all tvs and video game controllers worked -/ we even found extra batteries when needed. Kitchen included tons of Ziploc bags — a nice touch in a rental!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a lovely teacup stay at SeaEsta. The house was nice, very clean, and had plenty of space and fun things to do for our kids. Our kids absolutely loved the basement games and bedroom. We loved watching the sun rise and set from the back deck. It was an easy walk to the beach and into downtown. The sheets were very soft. We appreciated the dog sheets to cover the furniture since our pets like to cuddle. The neighborhood is lovely with kind neighbors. The street was a culdesac so minimal traffic. We would love to stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This vacation home is even better than pictures. While a bit dated, it was clean and comfortable and had a fantastic layout. Kitchen was well equipped for many home cooked meals. Extremely large rec room downstairs was so nice for the kids. There was also a baby gate at the top of the stairs which was a nice surprise, since we forgot ours. The home was situated at the end of a culdesac, which was perfect for the young kids to ride around on their bikes and scooters. Every thing is close by, grocery store is only a 4 min drive. Property team was very responsive if anything was needed, probably the best vacation property management company we have ever worked with. Very happy with our stay!
