The amenities, the pool and a cool room

The parking, it’s an active road so you can’t park easily there.

Great location. Exactly where we wanted to be.

As indicated in other reviews the parking was very tight and we sometimes had to get others to move their cars to get out and our designated parking spot had another car parked in it on our arrival. Employee told us to use another spot and then we got a call from property manager to move it but we couldn’t because our designated spot was occupied. We had to play musical chairs with cars for a week.

Comfortable but wouldn’t rate it “luxury”, just modern. The place comes across as quite“pretentious”. Threats about charging for towels if stained. We hadn’t read the small print: $200 refundable deposit in case you cause damages & you also get charged $30 for cleaning!! And there was even an envelope left asking for tips for the cleaner! Outrageous especially when we then left & went 2 doors down to Shark Town for half the price, bigger pool, better facilities, towels for pool & room, none of the ridiculous threats of staining towels and a warm welcome that was definitely missing in this place. The pool is lovely but just a dunking pool, only a bit larger than a jacuzzi. Light fitting by bed flopping down & one coming off the wall. Possible live wire hanging from ceiling. Toaster in main kitchen broken. That’s not luxury. Owner doesn’t appear to want to be involved when contacted. Only had a glimpse of a lady managing the place. From our point of view, not value for money and we didn’t feel at ease/relaxed with all the threats re staining towels, causing damages and extra costs.
