Easy to reach, very good location close to Canal Saint-Martin and cafés, restaurants and metro stations in Belleville and Goncourt.
The space is small but comfortable, the pictures showed on the page represent well the space itself.

La calme, propreté, bon lit et propriétaire sympa.
L’absence de volet qui nous oblige à nous réveiller avec le soleil.

Good location. Comfortable bed. Decently equipped kitchen.
Bathroom vanity is falling apart.

Location is great: steps away from canal St Martin in residential Paris. Easy access to several nearby metro stations. Cafés and restaurants nearby. Bed was very comfortable.
Space is VERY small, even for Parisian standards. Washing machine was advertised, but inaccessibly tucked under a sink behind a million bottles of cleaning supplies.

"It located very nicely. It is close to everything, and you are able to get to every part of the city with no problem. Its not very big, so two people max."
