Crescent Lake ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt, sodass du dein Auto auch mal an der Unterkunft abstellen kannst, die praktische Parkplätze auf dem Gelände bietet. Oder aber du setzt dich ans Steuer und fährst die 5 Minuten zu dieser Sehenswürdigkeit: Raymond Pond.

Sobald du in diese Lodge mit 158 Quadratmetern zurückkehrst, kannst du die frische Luft voll auskosten und die Terrasse oder den Patio sowie den Grill nutzen. Wenn du genug Frischluft getankt hast, probiere es doch einmal mit einer Runde Tischtennis. Und wenn du darauf keine Lust hast, gibt es dank WLAN-Internetzugang (kostenlos), Kabel-/Satellitenfernsehen und Stereoanlage noch eine Menge Möglichkeiten, wie du deine freie Zeit ausgiebig genießen kannst.

Zu den Vorzügen dieses Feriendomizils gehören 4 Schlafzimmer, 1.5 Badezimmer, ein Wohnzimmer und Klimaanlage. In der Küche gibt es einen Ofen, eine Herdplatte und einen Kühlschrank sowie eine Kaffeemaschine, eine Mikrowelle und Kochgeschirr/Geschirr/Besteck. Und du kannst sogar mit weniger Kleidung anreisen, da es vor Ort eine Waschmaschine und einen Wäschetrockner gibt.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Last weekend, I managed to Complete my 24th week at Dorie's Cottage which originally started in 2002 and only 2 years that I didn't show up, the first time the state of Maine didn't allow me in and last year when my wife broke her ankle earlier in the year and we had to stay home. Other than those I enjoyed each one of the weeks. If there was any problem that I faced, it was finding problems with the television, which I would have enjoyed if it worked. Nevertheless, I enjoyed the other weeks with all the fish, swimming, reading books at the bottom of the docks or having breakfast, lunch or dinner or the grill overlooking the back porch. And all of this does not including driving to the various lakes and kayaking in various places. My only problem was not being able to be able to one or two weeks later, if not Dorie's maybe some other cottage on the same side of the lake which faces the sinking sun.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Another vacation week this summer at Dorie's Cottage with our family was perfectly wonderful in every way! We all love this camp so much; it has everything that we could every want and more, and one of the best things is that from summer to summer, from the minute we all walk into the camp it's the same as it was from the previous summer, and we all feel like we're home! Crescent Lake is so clean and beautiful, as are the pair of eagles that we had the joy of seeing each day! The early morning walks are delightful and so peaceful, so quiet, like a slice of heaven. Our weather was perfect all week! Perfect for for tubing, swimming, fishing, nightly boat rides and camp fires - it was truly delightful from start to finish! We're always kind of sad to see the week come to an end and we're all already looking forward to next summer at Dorie's Cottage!

Like the family memorial bench and touches that remembered Dorie.
