This property is lovely and well appointed from the top to the bottom. It was everything we hoped for! The appliances were amazing. The teens enjoyed the kayaks and paddle board. The pool and game room were big hits. The home is just so well suited for family groups with teenagers. We cannot say enough about the host! So helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Nice large house to accommodate multiple couples. Perfect location for a number of outside activities.

Spacious enough for 10 of us. Kids enjoyed the pool. Tight quarters for pontoon boat, but we managed. Kayaks were a plus. Surprisingly quiet area even though close neighbors!

Having the pool and access to the lake was perfect! We rented a boat and had the perfect vacation. The fenced in area was great for our grandkids ages 2,3,9,10 & 12. The lake water was warm, the first floor deck area was perfect with overhead fans. Great house for a large family. And the property manager was the absolute best!

We were disappointed by not having enough linens or pillows to use all the beds. Towels and wash clothes were limited as well. I went out and bought some but didn’t leave them behind, sorry. For such an expensive cleaning fee this place had mold in the showers, filthy baseboards and trash and junk taking up the parking spaces in the garage. All of this gave this expensive rental a dirty feeling. A very nice welcome gift of wine, chocolates and snacks were there on our arrival, that was very nice.

My family and I had a great time celebrating my parents’ 50th anniversary during our stay! The house was lovely and the pool was amazing. It is not heated, but we found it perfect. We rented a pontoon boat and docked it right there at the personal dock. Communication with the host was excellent as we had a few hiccups. Our only negative was there being one bathroom for the entire upstairs. We made it work though! Wonderful place!

Took a long weekend with 6 couples for a fun getaway on the lake with our friends. Each couple had their own room. Property was clean, open, and comfortable with lots of water toys for both the pool and the lake and so much to do! We never left the house. The neighborhood was beautiful, and the property manager was available for all of our questions!

We booked this house for a vacation coming down from Michigan. The house was very clean and organized and there was plenty of room for all 12 of us guests. The owner was great with communication whenever we needed it. Thanks for letting us stay!

We loved the home and floor plan!! The basement is great for kids and video games on a large theater screen. Pool was a huge hit as well!! Open floor plan was perfect while entertaining family. Lots of beds!! A huge surprise. The fenced in yard was perfect for our Easter Egg Hunt!! What a great gathering space for our whole family!! Thank you so very much!!

Plenty of space to sleep, nice communal space to gather with friends and family, friendly host and greeter, nice location. Went in the winter so didn't get to use outdoor amenities, but a great space for indoor get together.

Our Family had a wonderful stay! The owner is very personable, responds quickly and made sure we had a smooth experience from the minute we inquired. The property is in a great location, nice neighborhood and easy access to everything we needed...shopping shows, city center. When we arrived the house was clean and fresh, plenty of areas for family to gather and the beds were comfortable. I highly recommend this property and we plan on coming back next year.

The house was in a nice area, very well equipped, we were a family of 18 and the sleeping arrangements were adequate. Needs some renovations in some areas and a better water heating system for all the bathrooms, we would run out of hot water if the the three showers were being used at the same time and would have to wait atleast 30-40 minutes in between everyone’s showers so we wouldn’t have to take cold ones, which happened to us the first couple of days after we arrived, it was not pleasant with the chilly winter days we spent there. We enjoyed our time there together and our children enjoyed the game room especially.

This house made a perfect place for our group of 15 to stay on our little 3-day vacation. The house was pristine when we arrived, freshly made beds and plenty of towels for everyone in our party. The renter even left us a basket with wine and cheese to welcome us! So thoughtful All the bedrooms allowed us to sleep comfortably and the spacious arrangement of the 3-floored home accommodated us nicely. The Kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of plates, glasses, and utensils for our group and had everything for us to cook some great meals together. The grill in the outdoor entertainment area came in handy and offered a wonderful place for us to sit back, relax, and enjoy an overhead view of the lake while we soaked up some sun before fall and the winter months. The bottom floor was one of our favorite parts of the house, the foosball and pool tables were great additions to the downstairs pub area and made for a great vibe that our friends and family thoroughly enjoyed. The home theatre and lounge seating downstairs were also great for curating the exact get together we were looking for! The pool and backyard were very well maintained and made for an awesome place for us to have some drinks and play some cornhole while the kids played. There were a bunch of poolside lounge chairs that we could all relax in as well. The property offered a dock which some of the children fished at with poles included with the house. Next time we visit are definitely going to rent a boat or jet skis to dock there. Home was located in a quiet neighborhood and had a nice private feel to it. The nearby area offered lots of restaurants and things to do with Charlotte only about a 25 minute drive away! Overall, this was a great family friendly place to stay and we had lots of fun. We’ll definitely be coming back, 10/10 would recommend! The owner was extremely responsive to any questions or requests we had during our stay and made it very easy and enjoyable!

This spacious house fit my family gathering of 14 people perfectly! There was so much room for everyone it never felt too crowded and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. There was extra linens and plenty of towels, there was also a hairdryer, shampoos and other little amentities provided. The kitchen was great, it had everything you could need with plenty of room for food in the fridge and cabinets. There was also plenty of room to accommodate everyone to be able to eat together. The bar was great for entertaining this large group! Having a keg tap was convenient and a great addition to the bar as well. The kids and adults in this group LOVED the movie theater and the foosball & pool tables! It was so nice having the heated pool in October! This way we got to enjoy the view of the lake and still be able to swim in the heated pool. The lakefront view is gorgeous and still very private, the location could not have been any better! The surrounding area of the house was great as well with tons of restaurants and stores minutes away and was only 30 minutes outside of downtown Charlotte. The house included an outside deck area where we could enjoy this view, my favorite part was being able to go sit out in the morning and drink my coffee and then being able to go out in the afternoon and drink the wine that hosts so graciously provided upon arrival. The owner was a delight! She answered all of our questions and made booking this house a breeze! Would most definitely book this house again, we are already planning to come back again in the summer!

We loved our stay! We had around 17 people and had plenty of space. The house was very clean upon arrival. It is a little dated and worn in some areas but overall it’s perfect for a trip to Lake Norman.

Extreme disappointment. Do not rent and if you have cancel! Rental home add is misleading. Property is run down, dirty and also dangerous. The issues which we have encountered and found are literally countless. Entering the property it was apparent that the home had not been properly cleaned in months. The garage had fall leaves piled up in corners. Dust was heavy on all wood work, all the light fixtures had dead bugs in them with heavy dust built up in them as well. The floors were disgusting. Even after the cleaning crew came back in (while we were there), our children’s feet would become stained with dirt from just walking around. We had to rewash all the silverware as there was hair and food in the containers. The bedding was filthy, some of which had hair and urine stains, this all required cleaning at our time and cost. We also had to wash every rug in the house due to the dirt and grime. The entire interior needs repainted, basement has a number of issues. Ceiling tiles missing or out of place, plug covers missing or broken (which is a hazard for little ones), cabinet door ripped off and just piled up in the corners.The bathroom shower is not usable, the floor in the shower is soft. Fish tank appears to not have been cleaned in months. Stove stopped working and the built in oven almost falls out of the cabinet. jacuzzi tub faucet and shower head are not connected correctly and when used pour water into the basement thru the floor. Just so happens that the water is dispensed next to the two fuse panels and the hot water tank. The exterior of the home has mildew and moss everywhere needs power wash.The deck is in the same condition, wood railing has paint chipping off all over and the post top caps are falling off & has trim missing. Grill had grease from overflowing drip pan onto concrete. Son slipped and fell. Even more disturbing was the 2nd grill on the deck. There was a clear grease fire in the propane storage area, all of the burnt items were still present and the grill is still hooked up to the main gas line. Other issues with the exterior include, missing or broken screens, film covered windows, window sills with heavily caked dirt & grime, moss covered front porch steps, cracked and loose front porch steps. The fence gates doesn’t always work. The dock and walk way need power washed & resealed. Home owners were unreceptive to our concerns or attempts to remedy.

Everything was fantastic! We had a house full and there was plenty of room for more. There were 14 of us, all had beds, and there was room to spare. The downstairs parlor was a great place for everyone to gather and the pool was great! The owners even left a welcome basket filled with wine, cheese, and crackers. I have never experienced that and it was a great added touch! We are going to definitely try to stay here again!
